the first day

It's hard to believe that a mere three years ago, I sent this little guy to his first day of preschool. He was so little but I was so excited for us to jump into the preschool experience.

And we did

for the next three years.

And today begins our first day of a new journey: kindergarten.
While I am excited for him, it's a little bittersweet. It's hard to believe I'm leaving the preschool years behind and jumping feet first into big kid school. I think I'm in for quite a ride!

Have a great first day in Kindergarten, Jack!

He looks so cute in his uniform! And I love his John Deere lunch box! I hope he has a great day! I can't believe we are already in big school either...and Grant starts preschool in a few weeks too! It's just going to be me and Eli at home this year!

He is so happy!! I remember going to Kindergarten and I missed my mom so much and cried. I am sure he will do great and it has to help when he excited. Hopefully only having to put 2 down for naps will give you more time to stalk Mr. Cullen!

Oh, how adorable...I'm sure he'll be like Alex {my alex, I mean!} and have a few girlfriends, too! haha! he's super cute! He looks so grown up and will have a great time! Melody is so funny! I love her little crocs ;)

Good luck, Mom, it's always harder for us. I hope it gets easier...I will find out on Friday, but I already know I'll cry!

So cute! I know I will definitely cry when it happens at my house. So what did Jack say about his first day?

Love it! Look how excited he was on his first day...and so handsome! Of course, Melody had to get her time in front of the camera, too. Did you figure out if you had to wear a certain brand of khakis? ;) Hope his Kindergarten year goes extremely well...for everyone!
