We went to the North Georgia State Fair this weekend.
It's our second year going. The kids had a blast last year and had even more fun this year.
Last year I was 9 months pregnant with Charlie so I had more fun this year too!
We got to ride all kinds of fun rides

Last year I was 9 months pregnant with Charlie so I had more fun this year too!
We got to ride all kinds of fun rides
and even
see an elephant show. (Or El-o-pant as Melody says it!)
We posed with barnyard animals, such as a turkey
pet a horse
and watched chickens run around.
And, of course, people watched. There are a lot of, um, interesting people at the fair. I didn't actually take pictures since I was too busy

Hey...those are some good pictures....
It was a lot of fun!
And, you totally know what you are getting for Christmas..wink.wink.
Looks like a lot of fun. I bet there were some interesting people at that booth. Auburn did play a good game against Tennesee. I hope we both stay undefeated till the iron bowl.
We love the fair! It is so much fun, and a great place to people watch for sure! Did Charlie ride any of the rides? I'm wondering if Eli is going to be big enough to ride anything this year?!? Congrats on the football win...the Bulldogs are not doing so hot this year!
Looks like a great time! Melody's hair is getting so long! Little piggy tails yeah!!
Looks like fun! I love the "elo-pant". Too cute!!
Wondering just exactly WHAT a Dixie thong is....
can I say ... the Dixie thong scares me ... and yet I'm unbelievably curious as to the people content of that booth now! Though I could probably visit the "People of Walmart" webpage and see them there, too ;)
oh ... WAR EAGLE, baby!
Looks like y'all had some fun!
Why does the Dixie thong not surprise me? There are DEFINITELY interesting people out there...and I being Southern have to claim some of 'em! ;-)
What a great fair! Yes...the fair is a great place to people watch for interesting folk, LOL! Don't lie, you know you were at that booth, too! haha, just kidding :)
FUN pictures and so cute! Awesome Auburn! Wish I could say the same about IU! :)
Look at the elephant, how cool is that. I love fairs.
What you didn't want to pick up a thong or two for your wardrobe?
Um, so don't leave us all in suspense - did you buy a Dixie thong!?!?
Wow, that is the first dixie thong booth I have ever seen!
Despite the fact that I'm from Arkansas and I have to say Go Hogs! I still have to say that your little girl is so cute in her little Auburn outfit! What a fun time at the fair! Aren't family outings like that the best!
What a fun time. Looks like there was a bunch to do at the your fair. Love the pigtails...so cute.
We took our munchkin to the fair in WA when we were in Seattle. He loved it and remembered going last year.
And I was waiting for the Auburn gear. Congrats on the win!
What fun girl! Awesome pictures. Your daughter looked so cute in that cheerleader outfit! :)
Looks like a blast! I LOVE the State Fair of Texas! I've been every single year since I was born! Crazy, huh?
By the by...I left you a little prize on my blog!
I love going to the fair...we are hoping to hit the State Fair of Texas next week!
People watching is the best, although I usually have to explain random things to Layla. Like why the woman that is talking to us sounds like a woman. Not fun, but why was he talking to us anyway??
You captured some fun pics...I'm lovin' the turkey pic!!
Fun times! When the kids are older you can snap pictures of all the side show freaks. I mean other fair goers.
What adorable kids you have! Looks like they were having a blast!
OMG where can I get a thong like that?
Do they sell them for pregnant women?
Bwahahahaha
You bought one, didn't you?
Wow, that elephant is close!! That looks like a fun day :)
