PSF and simple lessons

I have learned many, many, many things in my 5+ years of parenting.

One lesson I've gleaned from my parenting experiences is that the simplest answer is often the best answer. And when ever I forget that lesson, my children are quick to remind me.

"Wook! I see tew air-panes!" shouted Melody.

"Wow. I wonder where they're going," I respond.

"Dey goin' to the airport of course!"

Of course.

(And, yes, I think her outfit is fabulous too.)

I think I say this everytime you do a post about Melody, but could she be any cuter:) And I love the Melody speak...I can almost hear her southern little accent saying that!

She is SO adorable. What a precious picture. I love that those planes are right on the way to the airport OF COURSE! : )

I would like to wear a dress like that to work tomorrow! I wonder if that would cause a stir? : )

What fascinates me most is the glimpse of those fun striped (?) pants peeking out below the hem of the dress. SUCH a fashion statement! Little girls must be so much fun. :)

Lol! My favorite is sometimes when my daughter is doing really weird strange things, my husband will say "where did you come from" to which she will reply where she literally just came from. Duh dad.
