PSF and Adios!

Tuesday my youngest brother, Andy, left for Costa Rica for a year.

After graduating college in December

he got a job teaching English at Glory Christian School in Heredia.

He has the awesome opportunity to spend a year immersing himself in another culture, teaching children, and sharing the Gospel.

Before he left, he came over here to visit.

And entertained us with his awesome talent
(can you believe that's just him playing around!?)

and provided some good dance music for Melody while playing my favorite song for me!

We'll miss you, Uncle Andy!

That is so neat! I'm sure he will have an awesome time in Costa Rica! Apparently I need to learn how to play the guitar...Charlie sat there and listened to him for more than a minute without moving:) I wish I could get that to happen at my house!

He is talented.

It looked like Charlie really like the music and Melody was so cute jumping all around.

BUT...my favorite part was when your hubby picked her up and danced with her. Aww!!

Wow, how I wish I could play the guitar that well! Very cool.

And as for the Costa Rica opportunity -- this will be a defining moment in his life. It will change him for the better. Stepping out of yourself, and serving others, for the sake of the gospel and the betterment of their lives, is a very rich experience.

Good luck to him!

Ok, watching Charlie sit there mezmerized was just about the most precious thing ever! He was really loving it!

And, Melody was gettin' dowwwwn! And, then, when Alex picked her up and started dancing...AWWWWW! I think the very last when she hugged him just melted my heart.

He is very talented. And little miss Melody is pretty good at dancing too. :) I just loved Charlies little smiling face when he was watching his uncle.
Best of luck to your brother in his new job.

Wow! That was just messing around! It was incredible!
I love how melody and Charlie were dancing along to the music.
I come from a family that is VERY muiscally inclined. All of them have perfect pitch, except me, I couldn't carry a tune in a bucket if my life depended on it. Oh well, just means I appreciate the music all the more!
This experience will be a huge thing for the rest of his life. If he can completely immurse himself in the gospel and help spread it he will be changed for the better.
