What do you do...

when you find an Easter egg?

Stop looking for more of course!

There's candy in this bad boy.

See?

Charlie found all of one egg. And he was fine with that. He got a few pity eggs thrown into his basket by some friends.

Melody racked up with a basket full of eggs. She knew what she was doing this year.

Jack graduated to the big kid egg hunt this year and found it's harder to be a small fish in a big pond instead of the big fish he's been in the past. He was a little disappointed when he saw Melody's stash compared to his own. But a very good sport about it.

I told him that Charlie only found one egg.

I think that made him feel better. Maybe.

So cute! I love their Easter baskets. We did our egg hunt with bags because I knew the eggs would keep falling out of the baskets each time they bent down to get another egg.

This is the first year that Henry and Grant have really gotten into hunting eggs. And I think Eli did basically the same thing that Charlie did. He is begging for some Easter candy right now:)

I love how Charlie is still checking out a piece of candy is that last shot. Hahaha

And poor Jack, that's such a hard transition from big fish to little fish.

I wish I could be as content with one piece of candy like Charlie. Nope, not me. I had already eaten a box of Peeps before I went to That Man's house. Thank goodness all the kids didn't show up - someone would have been Peepless that's for sure.

Melody's little piggy-tails must have pulled double duty as tracking devices -- look at that haul!

Cute cute cute!

Go Melody! And just wait 'til next year ... I'm sure Charlie will be a force to be reckoned with once he 'gets' it :) Super cute outfit on him, btw

Too funny. Nat was a pro by the time the church's hunt came around. She was getting the eggs from under the rope!

Oh, They are so cute! So funny that Charlie loved his lone little egg. Even though Daisy had a basket full of candy she would beg everyone else to give her their candy!
